Chinese company has the monetary penalty system.
Everywhere in China also practice this kind of system.
If the company staffs don’t follow the company rules and regulations then penalty will be given.
Somehow it is different for the top management whereby they can make changes to this rules and regulations.
They will not be receiving any penalty under this kind of condition.
In China if the job position is higher mostly they will escape from any exaltation.
