Japanese in China 1

The number of the Japanese company in China still low compare to the other Asean countries.
Some of them act like dictator either they mix in public or private.
Look at this point of view, you will ask why this weaker characteristic people come to China?
I never see people acting like this in Japan.
Recently, Japanese are having less quality characteristic, so the future of Japan is leading to darkness.
