Under Southern Cross (Page 561)

Holiday in Malaysia

I come back to Malaysia after 3 years.
Yesterday night I stand under the Southern Cross and lookup for it.
Within these 3 years when I am not in Malaysia, I could not eat my favourite fruit and food which are Durian, Bak Kut Teh and Hokkien Mee.
Now I can have the chance to eat all these varieties again.
Klang, in the west Malaysia is famous for it’s Bak Kut Teh and Hokkien Mee.
You can get Bak Kut Teh from early morning till midnight.
Somehow for Hokkien Mee you only can get it in the morning and evening.
You can see both of these photo under this homepage.

Bak Kut Teh is not the mainland Chinese food but instead of that this is the Malaysia Chinese who developed it.
This food is to keep health in good condition and prevent sickness.
The soup is made from Chinese herb, meat and vegetable, then mix and cook together.
The taste of this soup did not smell like the medicine.
